据指控，Publicon Sport所开具的总额高达40690239兹罗提的发票并非基于实际业务交易，而波兰足球协会却在增值税申报中利用这些非法发票进行进项税额抵扣，导致国家增值税收入遭受损失。此举涉嫌违反《税务刑法典》第56条第一款规定的税务欺诈罪，相关责任人可能面临最高罚款、监禁或两者并罚的处罚。

在提交的举报文件中，明确指出了Publicon Sport企业的管理高层，然而，检察机关透露，现阶段，尚未划定具体应承担刑事责任的个人名单，调查工作正致力于弄清波兰足球协会以及该企业内部哪些成员应对此事件负责。

Since August 2022, Publicon Sport has entered into a partnership with the Polish Football Association, specializing in the procurement of sponsors for the governing body. This venture is under the management of businessman Radosław Tadajewski. In February 2023, an intermediary agreement was inked, stipulating that the company will receive a fixed monthly payment of 150,000 zlotys. Additionally, the firm is entitled to a commission of 13% on sponsorship amounts and 25% on licensing revenues, ensuring a guaranteed annual income exceeding 4.4 million zlotys.

多家足球协会的赞助商，诸如Maspex、Fakro以及波兰啤酒公司等，均明确指出Publicon Sport并未在合作中扮演中介角色。此外，一份早在2022年5月签订的、与合作启动时间不符的InPost赞助协议，也被计算并从中抽取了佣金。

Since December 2025, the prosecution has been accumulating at least 19 complaints regarding this partnership. In August 2026, the Warsaw-Ochota District Prosecutor's Office initiated an investigation into allegations of misconduct that resulted in at least 4 million zloty in financial losses for the football association. On October 14th, the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau of Poland (CBA) conducted a surprise raid on the headquarters of the Polish Football Association, seizing documents related to the collaboration and mobile phones of the association's management. Subsequently, the case was handed over to the anti-corruption task force in Szczecin. Currently, the tax fraud leads are being integrated into the same investigation, with a single investigative thread encompassing both financial wastage and tax offenses.
