The outcome of whether this appointment will evolve into a permanent role or remain a temporary measure is still up in the air. The 34-year-old scout has garnered widespread acclaim and has cultivated an exceptional network of contacts over the past few years. He joined FC Bayern Munich as a scout in December 2024 and was subsequently promoted to the position of head scout under Schmadtke.
